All companies generate and/or use data: customer or product databases, images, sounds, videos, etc.
Nearly 33 zettabytes of data were generated in 2018. Only 10% to 30% of this data is exploited by companies.
It is not always exploitable with traditional techniques.
Big data technologies make it possible to collect, store and analyze this data in order to find correlations and to draw a precise analysis of a situation, or even to anticipate behavior, a phenomenon… The companies which use Big Data are thus more likely to make good decisions and improve their productivity and performance.
From a marketing perspective, this brings us to a Data Driven approach, which means using a company’s customer data to develop customized marketing campaigns to more effectively reach the audience, using customer data to adjust the offer and its positioning, etc…
During the e-marketing Paris Show (April 9, 10 & 11, 2019 – Porte de Versailles), our CEO Abdelkrim Talhaoui will present two use cases that allow e-merchants to improve their productivity and performance through the use of intelligence artificial.
